Consistently controlled RH at optimum levels results in dramatic improvement or elimination of dry air problems. High-pressure industrial humidification systems, provided by Husson Inc., deliver accurate humidity control which is key to maintaining and improving operations productivity, product quality as well as reducing waste.

ML high-pressure humidification systems are specified with continuous remote zone RH sensors integrated with programmable controllers. Control packages operate systems at your specified RH levels for one or multiple zones simultaneously.

PLC Humidity Controller

ML humidification systems with multiple zone control include the Siemens PLC TD 200 programmable controller. The TD 200 is capable of maintaining up to eight distinct humidity zones simultaneously. This PLC based controller includes:

Current humidity read-out in multiple remote zones
Easy-to-read LCD digital display
Running time for each zone
Alarm output
Acoustic alarm

The TD 200 controls humidity in up to eight zones in a range from 20% RH to 80% RH with minimal risk of condensation. Each zone can have a separate RH set point. The programmable controller provides adjustable set-points for RH level, cycle time and proportional band, adjustable for size and type of zone, air exchange, and temperature, etc. This results in optimized humidification control for various types of buildings, operations, and sizes of room.

MLDM Humidity Controllers

The MLDM controls the operation of ML humidification systems within single zone configurations. Additional controller units can be added in the future for a phased, modular installation of multi-zone systems. The microprocessor-based unit provides:

High-pressure optimization
Easy-to-read digital display
Alarm output
Time counter
Acoustic alarm

The MLDM controls humidity in an individual zone in a range from 20% RH to 80% RH with minimal risk of condensation. The programmable controller provides adjustable set-points for RH level, cycle time and proportional band, adjustable for size and type of zone, air exchange, and temperature, etc.

All controllers can be configured to operate in conjunction with your building management system if required.
