Safety

ML standard systems are designed and built to ensure delivery of safe water quality that meets the drinking water standards of the EPA.

All ML products are HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certified. Certification assures products are securely and hygienically produced, so the humidification system will not be the cause of health risks when properly maintained.

Standard Equipment MLP Pump Stations

Max Humidistat
A mechanical humidistat in each zone monitors RH levels and will stop the system if the maximum humidity set-point is exceeded in any zone.   

Pressure Switch
Registers water pressure at the pump intake. If water pressure is too low, the pressure switch shuts the pump down protecting it from damage.

Thermostat
Protects the pump against overheating if water flow falls below the pump’s minimum capacity.   

UV
Integrated UV cartridge assures safe, sterile supply water

Flush-Time
Automatic system flushing resulting in safe, fresh water supply year-round. System flushing also results in significantly reduced particulate accumulation which is the major cause of nozzles clogging.

Optional Equipment

Flow-Guard
Available for all models. If water flows exceed the set point, the flow meter will stop the pump and activate an alarm.
